Cancellation Policy

The initial booking/advance amount paid to confirm your trip is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This amount is used to secure your permits, stay, and transportation in advance.

• Within 30 Days of Trip Start Date: If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival/trip start date, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided.
• More than 30 Days Before Trip Start Date: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the trip start date, 50% of the total advance paid may be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as operational and administrative charges.

If you do not arrive at the designated start point (No-Show) or leave the trip/stay midway for any personal reason, no refund or adjustments will be issued.

Any request to reschedule a trip will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the timelines mentioned above. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

• In the event of extreme weather conditions, landslides, government restrictions, or natural calamities in Uttarakhand, The Pahadi Guide reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip for safety reasons.
• In such cases, a Credit Note will be issued for the amount paid, which can be used for a future trip within a specified timeframe. No cash refunds will be processed for situations beyond our control.
